We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds to original form of payment. Store credit will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. Once your return is received please allow 3-5 business days for this to process.
All sale items are final sale. They are not eligible for return for store credit. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
Sending Back Returns:
To start a return, submit a request for return by contacting us at email@example.com. Please include your full name and order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have inspected and approved the returned item(s), a store credit will be sent to you via email.
+ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfumes, smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you, and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
+ The return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
+ We highly recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. This will ensure you are able to see when your package is received. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
+ If you are LOCAL to us and would like to arrange to DROP OFF your return items directly to us, please note this in your email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you directions and instructions.
Damaged Items + Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
